Recipe for caster belt Vampirefang belt

The recipe for a caster crafted Vangpirefang Belt does not work. Using a White (normal) Vampirefang Belt, ITH Rune, Perfect Amathyst and a random rare Jewel does not work. Nothing happens…

The recipe requires a magical vampirefang belt, not a normal one.

Just gamble for for the (magic) base.

As others stated: All Crafted items require Magic (blue) items.
