The continuous flood of spam in the lobby from bots has gone from spam, to plain harassment.
It was fine when I at least could use the /ignore command (You know, cause BLOCK is BROKEN and DOESN’T WORK), but for some god unknown reason, there seems to be a limit on the number of accounts you can ignore (100)…whoever thought that was proper thing to do should be fired (If they even still work there).
And to make matters even worse yet again, all attempts to /unignore users from the list have failed. Oh look something else that doesn’t work…SUPRISE!
I’m getting so close to being done with this pile of turd.

Is anyone addressing this issue? I’m using text to speech feature, so I can hear that someone joined my game for trade, but it’s unbearable in lobby. I can’t unignore old spammers and ignore new ones. This was reported 15 days ago. Is anyone listening?
We just can hope anyone reads this forum, but the list of bugs (new and old onces) is so long that I can believe they will ever fix them. But here it comes to the battle.net itself. Its such a “unsocial experience” right now, totally different from the old game.
So people won’t see the “real diablo 2”. Funny as it is … they tried so hard to stick to the old feeling and failed on this so hard.
Btw. what is so difficult to automatically ban users if they write the same message 3 times in 1 min?
Bump. I’d rather this thread not die due to 30 days - I’m having the same issue. I cannot ignore anyone because my ignore list is full. I cannot un-ignore people. I have issues IN-GAME, as well, because the “trade” chat window will pop up and it’s interactable and will interrupt me mid-tele (sometimes while near some hairy packs of monsters).
Ultimately, should be able to ignore the spammers.

SOLVED: you have to remove people from your ignore list in the bnet app, it’s under settings.
