hey my friend found jewel and I would like to know what do you think price of it is, Ladder softcore. I know its very expensive, but how much exactly? anyone could guess?
I don’t think it’s highly valuable. Maybe pul-Mal if I were to guess. Just my opinion and a free bump for others to weigh in.

No way its that low 
I believe its very valuable to pvp players, just recently someone sold 23%ED/9 str/8dex/ar for like 20 Jah runes.
Well I hope the seller gets that value! The jewel you described had max dex roll and AR, which are far superior to cold res and max damage.
There is a large difference in value when 50% of the rolls are different.
Also it’s not valuable to any LLD bracket, so we aren’t talking lld values which I expect have different valuing meta.
Throw it in the pile of crap you are never going to touch again

I have a very similar jewel I’m trying to PC at the moment - higher damage rolls but no strength, fire res instead of cold res. Hope you get your answer.
As with all things…its worth whatever someone you encounter is willing to pay/give you for it. Nothing more, nothing less.

its a pretty common type of rare jewel,its good to use for something though.I have quite a few like this I hold onto for the right item
it’s pretty bad. it lingers around the middle and not much min/max
24% damage is low to take up a min/max’ers socket
6 max damage is also middle, but if the lvl req is low then it’s good, but this is 42
9 str good, but this is usually just icing on the meat of the bones
Cold resist 3rd best resist, usually never purposely wanted.
i’d say it’s worth a couple Sol runes. Maybe 3.
it failed when it rolled 6 max damage instead of ias

Rare jewels cant roll ias…
Anyway jewel is affected by ed/max bug that’s the real issue, a nice jewel otherwise.
Well its a bug only when you socket it in wrong order or in wrong item
Jewels with both Ed and max on them when socketed into non-weapons are bugged regardless. Jewels with only one of these mods can have Ed jewels socketed first them min/max damage jewels last and still be ok.

I think in the case of a jewel like this, it’s “take what you can get”. It’s not really GG in any way, no one is going to pay 20 jah runes for it, I can’t imagine someone paying even 1 jah rune for it (though what do I know). I’d just take the best offer you get, if you get any offers at all.
As far i understand it, ed jewel with max dmg works fine basicly if its socketed as second after pure ed jewel. Should be ok being instersted as single jewel too. It will only increase min dmg instead of max dmg, in reverse if its ed+min dmg.
Idk if i didnt butcher explanation tho, its quite complicated issue.
EDIT:
So, a 40%ed / +15 Max damage jewel in a helm will add +15 to your maximum damage, and apply an additional +40%ed to your minimum damage. Whereas a plain 40%ed jewel will apply the +40%ed to both minimum and maximum damage.
