Hey there
I do want to first say, there are indeed some crashes associated with the game and while I do not have an ETA on solutions for all of them, those crashes are being investigated and worked on as we speak.
Snobias,
Looking over the crash logs sent to us by your client, Most of the crashes you are seeing are issues currently under investigation or in testing for fixes. There would be no troubleshooting for you to do in regard to those particular crashes.
Your hardware is sufficient for the game and your drivers/OS look up to date.
That said the error logs from the dxdiag indicate a significant number of LiveKernelEvents Code 141 which points to the GPU … This is in addition to multiple errors in the dxdiag involving the game specifically pointing to the GPU.
Some of these could be related to the crashes I mentioned earlier however that many of these 141 LKEs do not appear directly related to the game issues, there could be an issue on the system contributing to making things worse than they otherwise would be if it was just bugs in the game.
If there is an issue outside of the game. then it will typically come down to a driver corruption/conflict, settings conflicts with programs that interact with the game and its settings. or a general software conflict usually other programs fighting for resources the game is requesting.
Reinstalling drivers is a good step, disabling any software not needed for the system or game to function can help determine if this is a software conflict issues, and then resetting any in game settings to default and retesting. (You will still likely encounter some crashes as previously discussed but could help reduce frequency and severity of crashing for you. Worth a shot to see if it does help clear some of this up for you.
Five,
Looking at the received crash reports provided by your client, it looks like about half of the crashes you are seeing are related to what I talked about earlier. The other half are pretty generic but could indicate a local issue. However the data for these crashes is pretty basic. Hardware looks solid and Windows looks updated. It may be worth putting in a direct ticket and provide system files (instructions for them in the form.) and see if we can locate any potential issues in that data that we could provide direct troubleshooting for. It won’t solve all of the crashes of course since some of those are indeed issues we are working on from our end, but it could help reduce the frequency and severity of such crashes:

Setimo,
I suspect the same thing I mentioned to the others is going to apply here as well however, None of your client’s crash reports seem to have been sent to us. (usually a firewall or security block and not an indication of another issue) It just means I don’t have any specific insight for you beyond what I mentioned to everyone else. It may be worth putting in a ticket and including system files to allow us to at least rule out local contributions to any of the crashing you are seeing. (You can use the support link I posted above.
Oscurokey,
Most of your crashes also seem to be issues we are currently investigating, the provided crash logs did not load hardware information for your system so I couldn’t dig through to see if there were any potential local issues but the number of submitted crash reports was also significantly lower than the others I had data for in this thread. You are welcome to submit a ticket with system files if you would like us to take a direct look. We may see some things that could be addressed to help.
