Why are they so bad? we do we get kicked out of games constantly? Why are we always waiting in line to be able to play online?
Sitting here waiting, been a half hour que hasn’t even shifted from 53. What the hell Blizzard, this is very disappointing.

The topic here describes my trying to enter Battle Net. It has been over 1 hour now. Normally i get right into the game.
Queues have always been in Diablo… Just more apparent now

i think they merged everyone’s post so we had someplace to complain while we wait in line. There’s no intention to actually do anything about it. We are shouting into space on this one. Imagine purchasing a car, and when you start it up, it tells you that you have to wait 45m to 2 hours before you can drive. And no, there’s no guarantee that the timer won’t restart. This is how silly this experience has been for everyone.

after i wait queue the game say what i should check my connection or just crash and move to desktop. Mb some one know how to fix this?

no i dont but blizzard should start giving temp bans to those that go afk to not be in queue the should be a couple hrs so that others can play if they keep going afk to avoid the queue then it should be a day or two

45 min waiting for the que finally getting in and instand dc now back on the freaking que again wtf.

Gotta love the hour long queues to use something we paid for… It’s every bit as bad as the servers going down, as either way you can’t use it

Blizzards queue system is broken i get more server disconnections than before i have never been so disappointed by blizzards server management someone should be fired immediately

I think everyone should start calling blizzard technical support or who ever is responsible of making sure there is no issues like most of us having with their broken queue system to be fired
Can’t sleep, its 2:30 AM on a Sunday, why TF is there a 300+ queue.

I’m now waking up in the middle of my sleep schedule just to join the queue so when I wake up like 3 hours later I can play, this is ruining my life and sleep schedule, thank you blizzard

These types of performance issues are obviously becoming more common as physical servers go away and EVERYTHING is hosted with Amazon and Microsoft. Most issues you see on DOWNDETECTOR are due to major cloud providers going down or not enough virtual resources being assigned. Most of the time it’s not because of incompetence, but due to the fact there are not enough system engineers in the work force.
Daily reminder that Blizzard is a joke of a company that only cares about money and not its customers. Another day, another long queue rendering the game unplayable for hours.
Seriously, how is this game still being sold? How is there not a class action lawsuit yet? How does blizzard get away with not even responding to related comments across multiple platforms like here and Twitter?
