Queue isnt moving?

i have been trying to log in for over an hour and my queue spot isn’t moving? is the queue spot fake? i been searching for a blue post other than the one posted 2 weeks ago, but i haven’t seen any… what is happening to this game? why hasn’t there been communication?

bigger your number slower it is to update

usually when im like 180, im logged in 20 minutes later or so
idk i dont want to give you wrong advice
best would be wait more to be sure, maybe youll be done the next 5 minutes
but an hour seems long, never takes so long at my end

it changed finally but i tried to 78? i started my queue around 6:30 AM its almost 8AM rn. why hasnt blizzard said anything though, thats what is really bothersome… 2 weeks ago they gave us a blue post which was nice, but where is the update? 2 weeks is a long time to give ZERO feedback on the issue

Best guess that people dont exit the game anymore, when they have to do something else for a moment.

Normally i would shut the game down when cooking dinner but not anymore.

i play on the non expansion version with like 20 other people… the fact that we are all clumped up together is actually pretty funny… i wait 2hrs in queue and i MIGHT see someone(1) post an open game. its often zero open games. i dont mind that people leave their games open. you bought the game and you should be able to do so… maybe i never close my client again too cause this is atrocious. could you imagine this level of lack of communication and quality from any other service? completely unprofessional. you pay a contractor to come over and install a new bathtub/shower… you end up with a bird bath that takes 2 hrs to get the water flowing XD then they dodge your phone calls and messages for 2 weeks+ and ongoing… what would you do?

was roughly the same wait for me today. not horrible, not optimal

honestly im just happy i dont seem to crash anymore. dunno if it was things i did client side or if blizz did it

ok i was #100 and it took 45min today
but the queue moved after 20 min or so

Now there was this crash for many ppl and me, 170 queue done in 20 min. it is real inconsistent
