Waited 30 mins for the queue to pop.
When I got in, I was on the “Offline” tab and had no characters. I hit the “Online” tab and boom, QUEUE AGAIN. A bigger queue than original.
I’m sure once I wait another 30-45 mins, I’ll get in, and crash, and have to do this all again.
Blizzard Support refuses to take any tickets related to this. They link to the forums and say to post here about the issue. It’s like these forums are their “Suggestion Box” that they have printing into the shredder.
We’re 1 month post launch, this is pretty far from ok.
There’s still so many bugs. Mercenaries show the wrong skills if bought in Nightmare. Dozens of crash bugs. Terrible lobby system. But all that would be relatively tolerable if the game were remotely stable.
