Question: is this a bug with eth/repair or is it working as intended?

I was messing around with an impale javazon build using an ethereal Hone Sundan and got it to break. Once it hit 0 durability it stopped auto-repairing with its “repairs 1 durability in 10 seconds” mod. Is this working as intended or a bug with auto-repair?

I’m curious about throwing weapons now too. If I recall correctly, ethereal throwing weapons can be thrown to zero and will still replenish if they have “replenishes quantity”, but I don’t have a weapon to check it with. Has anyone tested this?

I believe that’s working as intended for eth weapons with self repair. They can come back from 1 durability but once they hit 0 they’re done.

Not sure about your other question.

This is a good question to bring up. I believe it is working as intended, because once an ethereal item breaks it’s unrepairable even with replenish quantity or repair durability. Although I am not sure if a broken armor piece can be repaired with a Zod. Maybe somebody knows.

As far as i know, ethereal items with self repair can reapir itself even from 0.

Edit: to clarify this, ethereal items with self repair truly cannot be repaired when they reach 0 and when they broke.

But throwing weapons will keep replenishing quantity if they have it even when they reach 0.
