you can upgrade certain items right ?
is it also possible to make an exceptional unique belt out of a unique belt ? (I just found a normal unique belt and it is better in every feature than the rare plate belt I am wearing at the moment except the slots for potions… and I would like to use it)
Does this work with a cube recipe ?
Yes, you can only upgrade unique and rare items (not set, or magic, or normal items).
The recipe is:
1 Tal Rune + 1 Shael Rune + 1 Perfect Diamond + Normal Unique Armor = Exceptional Version of Armor
Armor is all armor items including helms, belts, etc.
