Maybe somebody will know that answer to my question. Which areas, if any, never get terror zoned?
I presume that the 4 uber levels don’t get Terror Zones, but are any of the regular areas not prone to the hourly terror zone cycle?

A2 palace, a3 sewers got cut too,
Well alot of areas…like tamoa highlands and other places. Just not so common areas…inside the maggot hole etc
This is the up-to-date list of TZs. Anything not there won’T be a TZ.

They need to overhaul the terror zones
Some of them are completely useless and some zones don’t have a tz
Why no maggot lair with oasis ? Why no spider cavern ?
Why isn’t stony field with Tristram ?
Cold plains should be with blood Moore, etc

act 3 sewers
lower kurast
arachnid lair
swampy pit
upper kurast
frozen tundra and infernal pit
and ofcourse the ubers as you mentioned
dont think ive missed anything

Spider cavern is TZ together with Spider Forest.
Arachnid Lair isn’T part of it though.
