52 skill chance on Find item is fine and you should never sacrifice kill speed in order to get more magic find, benefits of more MF fall off really hard after ~200 MF.
regarding the 40 RALs, they are in high demand because they are used for crafting, same thing with P Amethysts, ORTs and THULs
as an example 
having a charm from Baal is the perfect situation but you can still use charms that drop from Pindle or Eldritch.
regarding your warcry skiller, somebody will eventually need it, just post on the forums here on the Trade section. Trading in game can be difficult sometimes but don’t give up, gathering ISTs and GULs and VEXs will eventually make you enough to build your char.
