Hi, I found one Grand charm with: +13 Life and +58 Mana
Since I have limited space in my inventory, should I keep it or replace it with a Lightning skiller GC ?

Bit late in responding but a Skill GC’s is typically what you want. Whether they include +40-45 Life, Faster Hit Recovery or something else is another matter but generally speaking you want skiller Grand Charms and Faster Hit Recovery, All Resistance, Magic Find or Life Small Charms to supplement what your gear doesn’t give you.
