Yes, loot of boots and spammers. People enter in public games to sell items, spam websites resellers. Block, report do nothing.
D2R has more bots than D2 had.

They’ve tried… But unfortunately it requires a lot more funding/people working to combat the problem than Bobby Kotick and Co. appropriates funds for. Combating cheaters is a financial drain on the company, the shareholders bottom line, and Mr. Koticks huge bonuses.
So, until some magical automated AI advancement comes through that is 100% effective in combating cheaters, the botters will always be one step ahead of Blizzard.

Absolutely untrue otherwise you were very ignorant of what was happening…keys were dirt cheap and your grandma’s computer could easily run 8+ bots during the 2000s. Keys aren’t $2 a pop right now and d2r requires quite a bit of memory to run multiple…
The biggest change = global server versus individual realms…asia & us east were infested by botters but if you on us west or europe you never had to deal with those folks…
No bots on console.

HC has significantly less but i understand if you’re softcore only.
Im really surprised that they gave up after 1st year of realising d2r. Mass boting is still a think, spam bots, farm bots, market is destroyed after few days. I don’t understand why there’s no one in the team who can work on it while we pay for this game 50€. Maybe this guy @PezRadar can answer and explains to us why other games and companies even for free games and free also from mass cheating… as d2 big fan I’m so disappointed
They did promise us the genuine D2 experience…so of course the game is infested with them.
