Pvp hammerdin:1 point foh?

question for the pvper’s out there, is 1 point foh still viable on hammerdin pvp build after 2.4?

Nothing has changed to make it not viable (purely buffs)

i mean with the fhr stun nerfs if it was worth it. obviously the better fcr does give it boost.
