I dont feel like the ias bug made characters overly broken, it made them at least viable option. It was super fun exploring these new options, and they mostly were still expensive, and not crazy good, just nearly as good as the usual S tier builds.

I agree it wasn’t overly broken in PvM. I ended up with 3 frame IAS on accident with my Wolfbarb and it felt great. Going back to 5 frame felt kind of bad, but my character still clears everything fine, just a bit slower. 4.23 mins average for chaos to 5.83 mins on average.
However, after having multiple discussions with other players it did have a nasty effect on PvP. Characters hitting 2 frame breakpoints and just stunlocking opponents in hit recovery until death.
How did you bypass the 20 characters requirement?

Yeah, it was t a bug just a needed removal of limitations.
I swear these idiots are intent on destroying this game just like classic.
God forbid there actually be improvements after 15+ years
i think it is a good thing they removed the bug now they can balance the classes without bugs and it will be better over all.

People already min maxed the ias bug and it wasn’t even very good. If you are looking for improvements on making melee better its def not through IAS.
I don’t get the purpose of the minimum of twenty characters requirement.
To avoid simple posts like OK, yes/no, other single word responses and just emoticons. It promotes providing some additional reasoning on WHY your response is yes, no or whatever… But people just normally say “No 20 more characters required.”… Unless you know how to get around it that is.
