They released another patch that rerolls it back to the old PTR, seems they mistakenly released it early so we’ll have to wait until they officially release it.
Go here and try this. I wasn’t able to load my single player offline characters today. I did this and was able to do so. I’m not sure if you are getting the “failed to load game” error, but that was the error I was experiencing.
