For Season 3, I urge the developers to consider allowing Whirlwind to proc on hit effects, which will make this skill more fun. This would expand build diversity by allowing static field from Stormlash, enchant from Lava Gout, amplify damage from Atma’s Scarab, volcano from Destruction, etc.
This change would breathe new life into a slew of unused runewords and uniques, while giving the WW barb the buff he truly deserves.
