Same problem, recurring, tested it in multiple shared stash tabs. PS5 - only 1 offline character, Amazon level 18 Act 2.
Happened to me multiple times in offline single player. I really hope this data loss issue gets prioritized in the next patch.
Hereās what support sent me on the offline stash issue (itās pathetic):

First, thank you for your patience at this time. As you can imagine, weāve had a lot of people reaching out to us for this newly released game, and weāve been doing what we can to get back to people as soon as possible.

In the case of bugs, the best place to report these (especially for console!) is the Bug Report forums here: Bug Report - Diablo 2 Resurrected Forums
Customer Support does not have any access to console accounts, as these are specific to the platform you play on. However, the more details you can provide to our dev team on what youāve experiencd, the sooner they can get this addressed. This is one issue theyāve been making changes to address, so if you still have no stash access, let them know here ASAP.

Console customers cannot post in the bug reports forum you posted. We are told we must own the game, which we do.

As for the console bug report forum, if youād looked you would see that this has been reported by many and has not even been acknowledged by Blizzard.

All details have been reported, including an additional dup bug in personal offline stash.

your monitoring post doesnāt address the issue at hand on console at all.
Please get someone to review the reports, at least acknowledge the issue, commit to resolving it, and stop treating your console customers as second class citizens. Doing the above will go a long way toward earning some good will from your paying console customer base.

Seriously Screwed, this is not tolerable
Iām just accepting having one stash tab like the original but bugs like this and this one specifically need to be addressed. This is the only bug tho that I have seen so far (The rest of the game is flawless) luckily seriously Blizzard Why!?
Just found out that Blizzard do not fully support the console version of this game and the developers do not read the console forums so good luck with hoping things will get sorted.
At least now I know I will not buy DIABLO IV.
