During two of the most recent patches I have lost progress. The first time I was at the end of Act 2 and the update and restart reset my game back to the beginning of Act 2. I started making my back through the Act and another update and restart reset my progress to just after the first quest, and without any of the items, gold, experience, etc… It’s incredibly frustrating to play a few hours and make progress, only to have that progress removed due to an “update”. Please fix your game. I’m playing in offline mode and am not affected by the server crashes.
Same experience. Today’s patch got me around 5 hours back in gameplay. Thank you Blizzard….
