I have two concerns.
First is I have a toon named Angus that I played to level 30 several months ago. I wanted to play him today and it will not allow me as it states “Game name contains reserved or profane words.” Please try another name. I am not sure what is wrong with his name, but how can it be changed without deleting him?
Second I cannot create a new online character after name input the message “Failed to create character. Please try again”.
