Game had the most frustrating human verification process on the ps4 I ever experienced. I may just write trash reviews about blizzard every chance I get now. Seriously, it was that bad.
I got the verification process where you have like 10 pictures of dice and you have add the sums of them up and pick which one matches a number displayed. 20 times. Each time I did it I failed. I took pictures and verified I had them all right after I failed. I tried changing browsers, and devices. Between tries I would close everything down and go back in fresh, worried something may have been timing out. I was at it for over an hour, and one time after I failed and I tried to login again, it said I was already logged in.
It just decided to skipped the verification process. I never had a say I got the answers right, it just skipped it. Lets me login and play the game. Made me feel even more angry like the process didn’t even matter and it was just wasting my time for no reason.
I be more forgiving of this issue if it was new but a quick google search shows this problem has been experienced, discussed, and brought up by others.
This is bad design and bad business because now I am pissed and wanting an outlet for my frustration which is leading me to trashing your product on the internet.
