ps4 character removed by itself
Hello, I bought a pre-order Diablo 2 Resurrected, 10/02/2021, I lost the characters paladin level 65 (level), ALEQSANDR, Barbarian Alexander level 1 and still my characters have not returned, what should I do in this situation? My PSN

My lvl 46 pally was just deleted also. Sad day 
I just lost my lvl. 38 sorceress… hours of solo game play down the drain. Bad matchmaking system on console means I can’t even get a rush and all my unique drops down the toilet
My characters were also deleted as well.
Same here! Characters are gone and can’t connect to create any new online characters. Hopefully this gets resolved and the data isn’t lost.
I booted up my PS4 pro and characters are gone as well , can’t even create a new one. Someone on discord said there was an exploit and all servers were gunna be wiped and everyone was going to have to start over . I don’t know if there Is any truth to that
logged on my ps4 today, MY WHOLE ACCOUNT WAS WIPED!
