Hello I had an issue when playing on the paladin class in diablo 2 resurrected on ps4, it was constantly crashing with a blue screen error. through some tinkering and a bit of luck I narrowed it down to having something to do with the paladin offensive aura skill blessed aim. as soon as I took the skill off the problem went away and I have had no issues since, I even put the skill back on and tested it to be 100% sure it was the issue ,it was, I took blessed aim back off and have not had a blue screen issue since. anyways I just figured the information could maybe help to narrow down the cause and fix the issue.
I am having a similar issue but it happens In town. I log in on my Paladin, and i get a blue screen saying i need to update my system or game. I can play on my Sorceress just fine. They are similar levels and both mid way through Act 2.
It just started happening last night after the update. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game aswell and still no luck.
Same. Specifically Pally in Act 2. Stuck in town. Can’t talk to vendors half the time, guaranteed crash at WP. Can’t run for more than 5 minutes outside the city without a crash. Totally stuck. Only started after the update.
Also, put in a ticket but no response from Blizzard.
If the aura is bound to your item interaction or X, remove the skill bind before interacting with anything else. Keep the X button clear of skills, specifically auras, and it will be fine.
