Hello, So i tried to beat uber tristram with summoner druid, 1st time was okaish, but i got barb torch, after trying for second time game crashes constantly in mid-baal fight, few times already, seems like “rebuild database” worked and allowed me to beat level again, this time i got necro torch, so another attempt, another crashing. Do i need to clean ps4 temp files every time, because d2r programmers are lazy and incompetent? Ps4 performance is already atrocious, lagging without wifi is worse even (why?) Loading times 40-60 seconds on ssd, i know that nobodycares just rant.
[Update] soft reset doesnt seems to help either.
Maybe that is intended baal spams deathlord, clone spams death lords everything on fire, lags and crashes, basicaly you can only play characters that kill quickly (paladin) otherwise you just cant play adequately, very good design
[Update] after few days of struggling ive got druid torch 20/13 , from 22 attempts 12 was crashes (thanks to cloud, saved weeks worth of time)
This game is terrible on PS4. If you plan on putting any serious amount of time into d2 … Buy a ps5 immediately. There is no fix for the crashing, for whatever reason the PS4 handles the game poorly. As demonstrated by insanely slow loading times and constant crashes during Ubers
Thanks for info. Company continue to sell defective product, that can potentially damage the hardware, and the solution is to buy new hardware. How nice of them )
