I have the same problem, crashed about 17 times when opening waypoint menu or stash during act 1 dark woods. How can this happen? I already deleted the game and did a fresh install still getting the same problem on Ps4 Pro.

According to PSN support, some port forwarding is missing on D2R.
TCP Ports: 80, 443, 5223, und 10070 until 10080
UDP Ports: 3478, 3479, 3658 and 10070

So the game crashes due to some port forwarding? I have friends of mine where this is not the issue. The game for me has become unplayable. The problem frequently occurs when I open waypouint menu or interaction with npc in encampment. I can’t understand why this is not thoroughly tested. I pre-ordered the game en now I can’t even play.
I have the same problems.
But only with a Pala before the server crash, not with a new barbarian.
