I played D4 for a while and wanted to play a round of d2r with my offline characters only to find that my good chars have all been deleted. Sorc with full tal set, paladin with nice gear… all gone. Only two low level chars remain. Bank is also empty. How can this even be possible?
Need help from blues here.

This is a sign that the saved data was somehow corrupted. Either due to the console being shut down incorrectly, the Game being forced closed during the save process or something wrong with the HDD that caused the data to become corrupted. Sadly offline characters are only saved locally, not online. If you wish to troubleshoot the drive in-depth, you may want to consult the console manufacturer.
