It started yesterday… I randomly all of a sudden can’t identify items… It’s not game-lag or anything–everything works just fine… just can’t identify items lol. What is this and why

It’s an issue that was happening in the beginning of the launch and now the database changes have brought those issues back. Sigh.
Cain suffers from Alzheimer’s and sometimes forgets to perform the actions he’s known for. Gently remind him to identify your items again and he’ll come to his senses.
