After rescuing Anya and returning to Maleh, she does her dialog but I don’t receive the special potion. If I go back to her later she repeats the same dialog. I have already completed the next quest - killing Nilthalok - and have not received any other quests. This is in an offline game.
It’s not a potion you receive - it’s a scroll taking up 2x2 slots in your inventory. If you don’t have space she won’t give it to you. In D2 LOD, she would drop the scroll on the ground but things have changed. Free up some space in your inventory and let me know how it goes

Having the same issue. Plenty of space in inventory, still can’t get the scroll. Closed the game and booted it back up, still same issue.
