Depends on seller. Plain is worth a Mal currently. I’ve gotten plain ones for an Um or Mal. Some expect Ist which is too much.
For additional life, I sold a +21 life for Gul + Um, and a +30 for 3 Ist + Mal. +40 life is perfect roll so those would go higher.

If ppl are desperate I’ve seen them offer ist each in game.
I’ve also seen someone buy one for Gul, that doesn’t make a plain java skiller worth that much though.
Sellers can always try and find someone willing to overpay but claiming an item is worth X is wrong on their part.
Definitely worth a mal in my opinion but just pointing out that ppl will offer more just because they need an item.
Mal is max. U can buy it with um too.
+45 life is actually the maximum roll for a skiller charm. (Can only come from Nihlathak, Baal or Diablo).
