Just rolled a magic helm with +2 elemental and +3 tornado. So what is the value of this thing? Should i add sockets and if i do what would be value for 1 socket and 2 sockets? Thanks in advance

What level requirement is it? Its usually better to roll the sockets, unless you really need the runes.
Sacred feathers base, 72 defense, +1 shock wave, req lvl 32. Didnt think it was worth mentioning. Is there a recipe to add sockets to magic items? I thought it had to be lazurak quest?
