Pre-Ordered D2R but not letting me install

I pre-ordered Diablo 2 Resurrection for PC on Order Date: Apr 22, 2021

  • Order Status: Complete. But it still won’t let me Install it.

I also cannot install the game. It says “this game cannot be installed yet” . I would love to know that this is going to be fixed, I assume it is an account related error ( is it possible accounts arent being flagged as allowed to play?) as I have cleared the battlenet caches and completed uninstalled and reinstalled the launcher at this point, and updated drivers… This is not on our end.

Exit the app completely and try downloading from your Account page. The download from the accounts page updated my Blizzard app and then the D2:R install window came up along with an updated blizzard app.

Same issue here, can’t install even when i bought the game…

Was out for a while, when I came back I got the Install button.

It is mind-numbingly slow.
