If you cannot see it guys, just log out of Bnet client and then log in again and it will be there, and I am based in UK, so this is for all non-US adventurers especially!
EDIT - For the many people asking why they cannot install the beta, here is what you need to do:
Okay, so you see above the big ‘INSTALL’ button? You will see a small bar that has game version, click on that and select ‘beta’, then install button will then become active. Do this for me and tell me what you see.
