Sorry but you are wrong in so many ways.
Removing enigma would hurt legit people more than botter. Every area worth farming takes longer without tp. Even AS, travi and chaos. Not everyone wants to play sorc for the next 20 years. Except bots. They don’t care. They will happily farm with their sorc bots.
Assigned loot won’t bother them either as they will just stick to private games. There are no pub bot runs in d2r, botter don’t care about pickit in pub games, because they won’t join them.
Pickit user on the other hand would just stop grouping. They would either start solo botting or split mf in pub games where you will never see them near you.
Your wall of text shows your lack of knowledge about those things.
Your suggestions would remove a lot of players from d2r and bring them back to d2lod
