I don’t meet some of the minimum requirements for PC. Has anyone got it to run without meeting RAM requirements for example? Assuming it may run poorly with lower quality graphics settings.

There are so many configurations of computers with various advantages and disadvantages it’s impossible to answer your question. Many games in the past I’ve managed to run without meeting the minimum requirements, Doom 3 on a Pentium III 800mhz but at the great cost of performance I managed to finish it. Diablo 2 remastered is the same game as diablo 2, if anything you can play the legacy version and get mostly the same exact experience minus quality of life.
Just to get you a notion;
I have an I5 6500, 48 gigs of ram, RX480 video card with 8 gigs of vram. The game is barely playable at low settings on 1080p. They’re pretty serious about the system requirements on this one. Same computer runs Diablo 3 with everything on max without a hiccup. I don’t know why the remaster requires this amount of horsepower, but it does.
May be an issue with the video card in your case, I am on a 6700k 32 gigs of ram and a 2700 and have had no issues other then my characters disappearing and no longer being playable.
Whoa. 48 GB of RAM? That’s quite a bit. What memory type/frequency may I ask?
