The motion blur on this game is horrible. And before you say it, no it’s not my TV. I’m playing on a series x and have never experienced motion blur like this out of the 100s of titles I’ve played on GamePass.
As soon as you move your character everything becomes unbearably blurry expect your character and the UI. (If it was TV blur my character would also be blurry) I have to stop playing after half an hour, it makes my eyes very tired.
I own this game on PC also and I am able to disable the blur there so it’s perfect, but sometimes I like to sit back on my comfy couch with a controller and not hunch over a desk.
Please patch in this basic feature blizzard ! Please !
you sure it’s not your TV settings or like a refresh rate thing? i cant even imagine any stylistic reason for why an arpg from 1999 would have motion blur, even in a remaster.
Sorry I can’t hear you from my PC throne. What was that? Far as I’m concerned console games have one place… to play a decade or three later on an emulator with better graphics.
consoles are great, this doesn’t need to be “either or”
granted i agree diablo does not belong on them.
and the fact that they are doing that is likely preventing them for doing necessary patches.
and in cause your wondering i build a $4500 computer with a raptor lake and a 4090, and 6600 ddr 5 RAM and a z790.
i love my PC, but i also love my ps5, ps3 and my switch.
some games are just better with a controller. even if d2 is not one of them.
i even plug in my controller to my pc for certain games like Ori, because its just so much easier to control
The 4090 wasn’t available at the time, so I dipped to a 4080. There is no way you have a 4090. And if you do, you need to curb your attitude to accept that consoles are actually computers too. They just run different OS and in some games, are limited to controller.
Can’t we all just get along (I would usually use a gif here of jack nicholson).
We can agree that console for d2r is horrible but. I own it on both. D2 belongs to mouse and keyboard, which made me really heated and angry they didn’t have it for console. Why do I play on console? portability. It’s hard hauling around a big pc over a little ps5.
Now until you tell me you have a nvidia quadro RTX A6000, then I will bow down to you sir. I will need receipts.
I have had the pleasure to slot the a6000 into a system at work, it was amazing. I juiced for sure. Why? I’m a tech guy. Most tech guys appreciate all technology, whether it be restricted behind operating systems and certain input devices.
I wish there was a way to scale down the resolution like on PC, so my Switch could run this game in 60 fps. Not that problematic for me anymore though, I play the PC version on a Steam Deck now.
