Terrorized Mephisto TC were bugged online but they have been fixed in silent update after my reddit post.
But now, TZ Mephisto is bugged on Single Player and he is not getting upgraded Treasure Classes.
Blizzard, I would very much appreciate if you can officially fix this bug.
(there is a chance it is bugged again for online too, but I can not verify that at the moment, it is bugged for SP for sure)
Hopefully this gets fixed, it’s caused by a typo in Meph’s terrorized (desecrated) TCs in treasureclassex.txt if I recall correctly?
Yeah, small typo. Each of the 4 Meph TZ class uses the same subclass “Mephisto Item (H) Desecrated A” class.
A 10sec fix is just changing last letter from A,A,A,A to A,B,C,D
Aha, I see. I’d post this in the bug report forum if you haven’t already.
They definitely don’t read the bug report forum - bugs that have been posted there for years were not fixed until enough noise was made on this forum to fix them
I can vouch for this.
I reported a bug about shift+click buying the keys from vendors not working properly back shortly after the game was released… If a non-full key stack doesn’t exist in your personal inventory, it will buy the # the vendor has first, then you have to shift+click again to fill the stack… Instead of just buying a full stack the first time like it does in the OG.
It’s still not fixed.
I guess not enough people have complained about it yet.

Neither has Cain’s location in Harrogath.
OK, Mephisto Treasure Class is also bugged in Online games too. I can confirm that now.
Items higher than TC78 do NOT drop from Terrorized Meph
how about regular meph ? i’ve barely gotten ANYTHING off them all season, like, to the point where i’m questioning if i should be wasting my time down there…
Yeah i have been talking about this few days with various people but didnt have enough data for this. You did how many online runs to confirm?
Nothing wrong with normal meph BadHabits. Just unlucky i guess.
For the time being couldn’t you change it yourself and fix it in one of the config files?

Yes, it is a easy fix. But personally, it feels like I am cheating myself if I do that. Same as editing system time to give myself preferred Terror Zone. I like for things to be “official”

It was fixed in 2.7.
