What is wrong with it?
I personally like it, especially with a paladin using auras and weapon attacks. The inability of putting the aura on the left mouse button so the attack could be on the right mouse button (and held down) always killed the fun for me in LoD.
The only complaint I have is that is randomly stops sometimes when I am holding down the button (when holding down the right mouse button would have continued/restarted the zeal attack). This is most noticeable against cold dealing enemies that slow me down, but it can also be caused by a stun, or maybe something else?

Not sure what you mean. But Quickcast is bugged.
I like quickcast and use it 100% of time, not bothering right clicking anymore. Just pressing “R” for my main attack.
But between games or whatever time passes by, it always messes up my right-click skill that I had setup.
For example I setup right-click skill Frenzy.
Then after some playing quickcasting, using different skills it changes to for example Berserk.
So yes its bugged.

Quick cast is really acting up when i move between computer and console😅 Skills switch places, disappear etc
The console bindings work 100%, the computer however is messed up after playing console
if you want something fixed, you need to at least explain the issue the how it’s reproduced
I use quick cast, and i have a lot of keys assigned (on most build starting since mid game I have 10+ assignments). I didn’t experience any issues with quick casting.
The one related issue (but not with quick cast), is that the RMB\LMB assignments may change when swapping weapons in the wrong moment. I’m not sure how to reproduce it exactly though.
A special case\inconvenience with quick cast is unavailable RMB for when you use an aura… I wish you could force-assign skills to LMB\RMB for this (as if they were “hotkeys”; and aura will still be turned off when RMB-only skill is used)
For my pala I have an aura on but after teleporting with quick cast it sometimes does not return to the aura.
I cant reproduce it though.
Pressing a hotkey for quick cast should not stop the character from moving. Why is it behave differently than using the skill on LMB
