The thing is they cannot sue them, as the site itself is not breaking any laws, but it is at the end of the day blizzards ip, they could send a takedown letter to the main owner of jsp, and yes while the guy is technically not breaking any laws with the website, he is still allowing users to trade blizzard owned ip product which are the in game items, any wow items or diablo items are considered blizzards ip in which blizzard technically owns.
I personally very rarely if ever trade. I donât care for D2JSP at all. All of my trading, when I do it, is in-game only.
D2jsp isnât going anywhere, get over it.
XD,
lol get over it ?
idk chief, seems like someone is a little protective of their forum gold.
also,
I could care less if it goes anywhere or not,
I have a right to an opinion, regardless of how jsp users feel about it .
i dont post on jsp but i need a reliable source to look up prices. otherwise i will be ripped of without knowing
i dont know every class and builds and what they need. most items are unknown to me. so i need a source to look up. and i think jsp is good for that
I meanâŚokay.
I hear you disagree, and that jsp changes the prices of items. That has not been my experience. Tough to agree without seeing examples, but I understand your concern.
I find the prices paid in in game trades are equal to the observed prices of items in FG, roughly. I have felt this way since around 2004, and largely why jsp doesnât bug me.
It hasnât affected my in game experience at all.
What exactly is âthe trading economyâ? And how is it legitimate? An ordinary D2 player does not care about trading for anything, be that RM or in game items. And when a D2 players wants to trade then he is on his own, as Blizzard does not make it easy. Instead of asking for D2JSP (and Discord channel maybe?) to shut down, you should be asking for in game features to make trading easier, like an AH (not RM), like in WoW and New World for example. Or even simple features, making trading games separate, listed separately, easier to see and join etc.
Yeah, but no one has to care about your opinion.
I agree and disagree to this,
Blizzard should 1000% add a far better trading system in the game, but d2jsp should honestly not be a thing, and my points are above that I make about the d2jsp.
While yes the casual player will not care for or understand the trading economy, I believe that the trading economy would be better without it.
You obviously do because you took the time to comment on my post XD. The irony is real.
but see, this is another example of jsp completely dictating the market.
I get that and understand, I like jsps build guides, I just think that one site shouldnt dictate an entire market.
Please do something about morons making these kinds of posts.
No, just reminding you that opinions are like buttholes, and no one cares about yours.
XD ok man whatever helps you sleep at night.
this is an example of a common jsp user, whenever you speak your opinion on jsp, this is how you get treated by them. They are so defensive on fg or just jsp in general they will gladly insult and harass others over a forum that came out in 2002.
I would then google the price elsewhere. no one wants to give away things unchecked. i am a newbie in game but not dumb in real life
I cannot think of something more miserable, than defending a forum over fg, which by the way, that owner of the site can swipe all your precious fg out within seconds, without a care.
Itâs smart to check into item prices, and I never said you were dumb, use jsp at your hearts content, it hurts the market, in my opinion.
Agree or disagree, thatâs how I feel about it.
the only thing that jsp destroys is the own path of learning item values. i skip that with jsp. That could be a valid point againts jsp.
This is btw similar to class build guides where i simply read what is good or not
