A common mistake is putting runes into a magic item or a wrong weapon/armor type. Regarding Insight, make sure it’s polearm and not a spear, people often forget that.

Please upload a picture of a runeword, it would help to identify the problem.

I have made an insight and it worked, are you sure you used a polearm and the right order of the runework?

Yeah screenshot would be the best.

Insight works perfectly

don’t know, things are pretty … twitchy… right now.

i can cube socket a superior white partizan, but not a superior white bec-de-corbin. both exceptional polearms, but had white superior names. made an insight out of the partizan.

i’ve also cubed superior grim shields for rhyme and splendor without issue, but that bec-de-corbin taunts me.

i mean, i’m not ruling out the spear class user error (eh, its one of the more common reasons) but this is just a hot mess for a lot of combines at times.

Insight works fine, have made a couple.

The runewords work fine. Its always been user error as they are not putting them into base socket items. It cannot have for example artisans, jewlers or mechanics as a prefix as those are not BASE items.

insight works fine. Try make it again and this time post a screenshot.

It working fine, people usually make mistakes by selecting a wrong base item, a magical item, mixing up runes or number of sockets. There were no uploaded screenshots with runeworking not “working”, only screenshots with incorrectly created runewords. Would be nice to see a screenshot of an actual runeword not “working” but otherwise it was most likely a player error.

The runeword “bug” is far far different then the missing characters “bug”. The runeword bug people keep thinking they are having is because they are not using the correct item to make the runeword. Everytime someone posted a screenshot of it, its been shown that it was player error. (most common one is people using ones that say “jewelers, Mechanics or Artisians” which are NOT valid items)

They aint working for some people and not others, its the others not using the correct item to make the runeword in the first place

I tried making oath on a mace and that didn’t work.

Most common mistake when a making a mace runeword is using a hammer, scepter or a club, which are not maces when it comes to runewords even though they’re mace class.

It’s literally says freaking mace class on the thing

Welcome to runewords. We’ve all been there.

This might help you as well.
