I would enjoy a achievement set tho. But even IF, it’s not said that there would be cheevos.

It need to happen because more sales and more players = more game development ( balance changes and other stuff ), i will glady do ALL achievements if diablo 2 and 3 start selling on steam.

Blizzard is afraid of updating d2 because d2 is better than d4. and blizzard know it. they “killed” development cuz they dont want to compete with themselves also, D4 is basically d3 they are copy pasting all d3 stuff into d4. d2 obviously need to go to steam to at least motivate dev team to bring positive changes to the game.

If someone wants to play it, just use their launcher. I don’t see any problem there lol
And I don’t think that anyone would rather play it just because its on steam lol.
It’s not like that D2 is a Indiegame, tho the company acts like.
You can actually add games to your steam libary, even d2.

I would instantly buy it on steam. Want it to show up in my top played list there and an official steam deck support would be amazing.
