A1Q1 grants you 3 Respecs - one for each difficulty.
In Hell you can farm essence from the bosses to Respec unlimited number of times.
If you’re going to complain about a game aspect make sure you’re up to date on the aspects of the game. Respecs were introduced in, I think, 1.12
