Where we can customize the look and feel, invite other players to visit, and chill out. Hanging around town (Act1) is super lame.

waste of dev resources. Only exception would be a ‘guild hall’ or pvp arena area hangout. Towns already serve this purpose.

Fixing D2R server/lobby/2.4/bugs and working on Immortal & D4 is not busy? Clearly Immortal and D4 are their priority now which should be pretty obvious when it comes to making money…

No. VV is part of blizz now, they are using them for other projects now. Should be obvious as hell…Blizz is not charity they are a business.
