You can create shortcuts with parameters to login with the account and region.
If you just want to run 1 instance at a time then you don’t need any additional steps

To expand on Odin’s recommendation with more specifics on the parameters…
Create a shortcut to d2r.exe for each separate account, right click the shortcut, select properties for each shortcut and add the parameters in the target path after the quoted “path\d2r.exe”. Example:
Target: “C:\Program Files (x86)\Diablo II Resurrected\d2r.exe” -username enterbnetemailhere -password enterbnetpasswordhere -Address NA.actual.battle.net
If you want to set a region other than North America, after the -Address argument, you can change the “NA” with EU and KR for the other regions.
It’s worth noting that having this information in a shortcut opens up the potential for other users of your system (either physically or remotely) being able to see your account credentials if they view the properties of the shortcut.
