Oh good! I can finally post here (was STILL giving me the ‘you can’t post because you don’t own game’ error forever… even when I had my PSN account and logged in/out like your FAQ says…).
Anyway… when will Blizzard let console users open up official support tickets? The “Console” option is not there, only PC or Mobile (and when I open one under PC they do not respond).
SOOO, I’m on an up-to-date PS4 and I’ve been getting the CE-34878-0 blue-screen error when the game crashes (over and over). Again, both console and game are up to date. I’ve deleted then reinstalled the game a half dozen times. I quick formatted (quick “initialized”) the PS4 which wipes the entire hard drive (which is a REAL pain!!!) and I STIL get this error every time I go to fight the gods in Act V…
Even tried on a buddies PS4 Pro (logged in with my account, downloaded game, moved over cloud save), and it STILL happens so it’s not just my individual console.
Also for the record I’m not even playing multiplayer online with people… just by myself.

It may be issue for specific console batch. I had no problem with that quest on ps5 and my brother on ps4pro - only difference me and him playing online. But do not worry, it is not YOUR fault, it is issue with the software - game should work without problems on each unit of console assuming it is not broken and up to date. If only one title is casuing a problem and for many users - it is definitely software issue.
Also dont worry about opening support ticket for consoles at blizzard - they are useless anyway and they will not help you with anything.
I have opened a general d2r ticket about few subject regarding forum access, EU forums, ticket system and recently about ps5 hard crashing while game running and going rest mode - always some kind of non-anwser.
What I can recommend to you is to open a ticket at playstation about refunding this game becasue of it not working properly - you have the evidence of that. Dont talk to them that you dont like the game, or your feelings, missing features, etc - they dont care. Only way to get a refund from Sony/MS/NINT is when the game is broken and crashes - it is not guaranted you will get refund but it s worth a try.

I have also seen this on PS4, once in act 4 fighting diablo playing a wake of fire trapsin and twice in act 5 fighting baal. both times when getting the bosses down to a sliver of health. Yes, I have done the annoying part of re-initializing my ps4.
This seem to be if you are trying to do a first time clear on the corresponding difficulty level.
another note, the diablo disconnect was before the current console patch and the baal disconnects were on the current patch.

Same for me only happens in act 5 hell difficulty have you heard anything on a fix for this yet?
Hi there. Same error with diablo 2 resurrected ps4 in act 1 and 2 (hell, summoner). Always chrashes after about 20 minutes usually towards the end of a bigger fight. But I cannot recreate the blue screen on purpose nor do I see a pattern. Tried other games, and there is no error. Tried the solutions found here and via google. The game became more or less unplayable because of this. Any suggestions? Please…
