Don’t use it if you’re a necro? It’s also not balanced for use with a necro at all… so there’s no reason a necro would use one. It’s also pretty expensive… so most people don’t run around using one… so you’re complaint is about an extremely rare edge case.
The same thing could occur if you had a paladin running around with redemption on… and would be just about as common as what you’re complaining about…
Not a bug, working as designed. A spell cast, or an attack, is an action. If your attack isn’t uninterruptable, you’ll have an issue.
If anything, you’d want to address this under the umbrella of “Making Fury Uninterruptable” or something. That, of course, would be another balance issue, though.
