The 40% chance to Cast level 22 firestorm on striking is currently bugged and it will cancel all your actions resulting in massive time in-between attacks if you are wearing two of them that makes casting chance 80% this needs to be fixed. As the Phoenix runeword is one of the chase items for fireclaw werebear because you get the synergies for firestorm while getting the synergies for fire claws. But atm it’s a net dps loss because the proc will cancel all actions and make it so you can’t attack for a full second everytime it procs but werebear is one of the fastest attacking characters in the game so it procs non-stop but it stops you from attacking while you are one of the fastest attackers in the game.
