I tell you how blizzard is not embarrassed about this because they dont care. Then they said hey we really dont want to write up this new code from multiplayer on consoles (didnt have to do for PC because its alreadt there) so they had the idea well lets just make it the system (code) that we use on D3 consoles and then they turn D2 console multiplayer into D3 . Which means not one person who worked on the console version ever played D2 lod before , they all from D3 . Otherwise there is no way this would have happened . I takes one person working on that code to be like ahhh dudes this is not D3 you cant play D2 like that , with no lobbie,no chat, not being able to name a game .

I moved to offline exclusively because of the horrendous console matchmaking. I have no incentive to play online when I get more benefits from offline. Leaving it as is would be an egregious mistake for the longevity of online.

It’s GAME BREAKING,what they did to console D2R . If they ever were to fix it(which their not) the damage has been done the community is not there now ,blizzard is seeing 96% average return/refund across consoles. Seems as of now only ppl on PS are stuck and not getting refunds from the PS store. Sorry this has happen to all console players. I per orderd for Xbox and PC, so I could experience D2 with a controller and also the first ever D2 console community. Refunded Xbox day 1

Signed, Lobbies/game list were definitely a big part of the Diablo II experience. Without it it’s just not the same, bring it back please let us enjoy the game with the original lobby/game list design. Don’t leave this unchanged, it needs to be addressed.
