So after about 20 minutes to half an hour of gameplay, performance degrades consistently until it’s unplayable (stuttering and consistent 30-40fps drops). It doesn’t matter where I am in game, or what my GPU or CPU usage are. This always coincides with my Rivatuner overlay disappearing. Changing my settings doesn’t do anything to fix this.
I don’t know what to do to remedy this. All my drivers are up to date, my hardware temps are fine, and the game is installed on an NVMe. I’ve spent the last day or so making sure it’s not something on my end, and at this point it’s obvious it’s a game related issue. For what it’s worth, I’m running an RTX 2080 Super, an i7 8700k, and 32 gigs of ram.
