Absolutely. This belt is used by lots of builds and will always have value.
Now d2r is being played for so long, a huge player base is gearing their chars with endgame (perfect) gear.
So a ‘spider belt’ with perf ed is desired.
Dont know what it is worth though. Been away for too long.
