A very good roll nw is probably about Lo+
A low roll is basically worth nothing - maybe an ist?
A 15cd should be about ohm+ at least
I have a lower version with 11 % cold damage, 116 % ED, 11 dex and 9 cold absorb. You (or the first one to respond) could have it for Ist.
